Lumen

The Lumen database collects and analyzes legal complaints and requests for removal of online materials, helping Internet users to know their rights and understand the law. Lumen is a project of the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University. Lumen is an independent research project studying takedown notices along with other legal removal requests and demands concerning online content.
